These terms apply to this website and to apps published by TGG Creative LLC ("we", "us"), including Out Here: Martha's Vineyard and Out Here: Nantucket. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Apps and the App Store
Our apps are licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, together with these terms.
Subscriptions
Out Here Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Information and Skipper
Island information, ferry status, hours and Skipper's suggestions are provided for convenience and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Always confirm details with the business or operator, check conditions before going on the water or trails, and use your own judgment. We are not responsible for decisions made based on this information.
Partners and links
Bookings made through partner links are provided by those partners under their own terms. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Our content
The names The Vineyard Files, Out Here and Hydrangea Blue, our logos, designs, text, illustrations and game materials belong to TGG Creative LLC. Please don't copy or resell them without permission.
Liability
Our website and apps are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, TGG Creative LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
