Out Here: Martha's Vineyard is in development and coming soon to the App Store for iPhone and Apple Watch, with Out Here: Nantucket to follow. Email us to be notified at launch.

The Basic version is free and includes small ads. Out Here Plus is an optional yearly subscription that removes ads and adds booking alarms, widgets, Apple Watch extras and more. Pricing is shown in the app.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Out Here. You can cancel any time; Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Out Here, go to Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Ferry schedules and status come from public operator information and are shown as a convenience. Always confirm with the ferry operator before you travel, especially in bad weather.

Ferry status comes from the Steamship Authority's public website and bus positions from the VTA's public tracker. Out Here isn't affiliated with either. Tickets are sold on each ferry line's own website, and Out Here never books or takes payment for ferries. Always confirm with the operator before you travel.

Tap the bell next to any upcoming ferry on the departure board, and tap it again to take it off. For a bus, tap Track on the Next Bus card. Live Activities are part of Plus.

No. Out Here doesn't track you across other apps or websites and doesn't show personalized ads. Sponsored cards from island businesses are labeled and chosen without using any information about you, and yearly Plus members don't see them. Anonymous usage counts can be turned off in the app's Settings. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Skipper, our island assistant, arrives before the 2027 season. It will double-check its plans, but like any assistant it can be wrong or out of date. Confirm hours, reservations and tide or weather conditions before you go, and use your own judgment on the water and on trails.

No account is needed. We don't sell your personal information. Location is optional and only used to show nearby places and directions. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Deleting the app removes its data from your device. To ask about or delete any other information related to you, email support@tggcreative.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Each case includes sealed hint envelopes. Open one only when your team is stuck. The solution is sealed separately, so nobody spoils the ending by accident.
